| FEE: | $125 per golfer / $500 per foursome |
| $90 golf only / $35 buffet & bar |
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
The $125 fee or the $500 fee includes: 18 holes of golf, golf cart, shirt, drink
and hot dog at the turn, buffet style dinner and three hours of open bar.

Company name on Individual Sign at Tee Box.
$200 Hole Sponsor
Company Name on Hole in One Sponsor Sign.
There are four of these available.
The sign will be located at one of the
four par three holes that a
prize is awarded for a hole in one.
