2007 SouthSide Irish Parade

On Sunday, March 11, the club once again participated in the SouthSide Irish St. Patrick's Day Parade. This year the weather was at it's best, the turnout was absolutely stellar and once again the irish American Alliance was out in force. We had the "Gavin Family Tumblers", our own St. Pat (John Brogan), a Leprecahun (Stella Ripple) and this years Uncle Sam (George Rieg) strolling down Western Avenue with us. Our entourage also included the always popular Great Lake Irish Wolfhounds and of course, Jerry Haughley provided the music.

With the cooperation of the weather and the great organization by the Parade Committee, a great time was had by all and next year, we are going to do it all again.
